Rani Chandra is a teenage girl who assists Sarah Jane Smith and her friends in combatting alien menaces.
Biography
Rani was born under the sign of Aries. (SJA: The Secrets of the Stars) She quickly became mixed up in alien adventures after she and her family moved into 36 Bannerman Road in Ealing, London, the house formerly occupied by Alan and Maria. Rani wanted to become a journalist like Sarah Jane, an ambition encouraged by her parents, Gita and Haresh. (SJA: The Day of the Clown)
