Although there were about a dozen similarities and conspicuous references made that link Tasha Lem to River Song (list them here at you leisure); and each of them was enough for its own speculation thread; I'm only here for one of them:

So "Lem" is "Mel" spelled backwards? River only on occasions went as "Melody" or "Mels", so that means little, plus with only 26 letters to work with provided by the English language, something like this was bound to occur sooner or later. —BioniclesaurKing4t2 - "Hello, I'm the Doctor.
