The Howling → Tasha Lem as River Song
There be spoilers about un-released stories here.
Run back to the forums if you're scared.

Although there were about a dozen similarities and conspicuous references made that link Tasha Lem to River Song (list them here at you leisure); and each of them was enough for its own speculation thread; I'm only here for one of them:

Lem

So "Lem" is "Mel" spelled backwards? River only on occasions went as "Melody" or "Mels", so that means little, plus with only 26 letters to work with provided by the English language, something like this was bound to occur sooner or later. —BioniclesaurKing4t2 - "Hello, I'm the Doctor. Another thing: does anyone ever wonder if Moffat deliberately leaves details such as these just for uber-fans like us to go crazy wasting our time trying to connect them into some huge overarching "grand plan" as he revels in laughing at our futile attempts before he reveals his real plan that shatters all of our theories into spacedust? —BioniclesaurKing4t2 - "Hello, I'm the Doctor.
