Uppsala was a city in Sweden. For many years, it was a seat of power of the Swedish High Kings. The Third Doctor and Jo Grant visited this city in 141, where they discovered a plan by the Master to steal Gungnir, a Physical Temporal Nexus. (PROSE: The Spear of Destiny)
