Calufrax

Calufrax was an ice-covered, uninhabited world which was captured by Zanak and reduced to a football-sized trophy. Eventually, it was discovered to be the second segment of the Key to Time, and was recovered by the Fourth Doctor and Romana. (DW: The Pirate Planet)
