Ted Gallagher was the husband of Mrs Gallagher. In 1953, DI Bishop and Crabtree took him away to be hidden from sight when his face was consumed by the Wire. The Tenth Doctor and Rose Tyler chased after them, but lost them. (TV: The Idiot's Lantern)
