Rahvon was one of the councillors on the inner council. (AUDIO: Emanciptaion) He said he expected Romana II to act swiftly in getting Lord Zakar back from Leela's Township, including a covert operation to get him back. He criticised the attack to get Zakar back, and criticised scientific research. He gained a lot of support after Zakar's return, and praised Zacker's concentration during this crisis.
