Eugen Bliss was an associate researcher at the Lashley Institute.
One of his duties was to test Imogen Quaye's brain development after surgery had been done on Imogen's brain to improve her brain capacity.
Bliss' wife had divorced him. Imogen used Bliss' guilt to telepathically induce him to commit suicide. Bliss shot himself with a shotgun. (PROSE: Artificial Intelligence)
