Ambril

Ambril was a Manussan historian and the Director of Historical Research. He believed the Mara had been destroyed, and disregarded the Fifth Doctor's warnings to the contrary. Lon manipulated him into helping to restore the Mara's physical form. (TV: Snakedance)
