Tibernus

Tibernus was the servant of Eumachia. He saw the Seventh Doctor and Mel Bush land and thought they were messengers of the gods. He later told Mel of where Eumachia had hidden the Doctor's TARDIS, but returned to Eumachia's home despite the volcano erupting. (AUDIO: The Fires of Vulcan)
