Why isn't the appearances from series 8 included in the list
- Might be that they don't want to spoil the episode - in which case someone should post an edit notice or a site notice saying precisely that. A site notice (Nothing from Dark Water, please) would be easier, as posting an episode specific notice on THIS page would be a big old spoiler in and of itself. But who knows how they do it.
