Sally Phelan was a young bride-to-be turned into a Cyberman.

Profile

Before her wedding, Sally Phealn "upgraded" into a Cyberman. Still nevertheless still remembered her past life. She tried to attack the Doctor and Mrs Moore. Mrs Moore activated an electromagnetic pulse bomb to disable her. The Doctor pulled away the Cyberman's emotional inhibitor before she died. (DW: The Age of Steel)
