Dr. Meredith was a medical doctor who worked at Wenley Hospital near Wenley Moor. He was frequently called in by the Wenley Moor nuclear research facility. He took care of Spencer when he succumbed to race memories of Silurians. (DW: Doctor Who and the Silurians)
