Claudia Coster was an administrator in the Ministry of Intelligence. She was an longtime friend of Sarah Jane Smith. In 2002, Hilda Winters, as revenge for her imprisonment, arranged for Coster to be murdered and Sarah Jane to be framed for it. (AUDIO: Test of Nerve)
