Francis Magee (born 26 June 1959) voiced Stuart in the Big Finish Doctor Who audio story Flip-Flop and Karter in the Big Finish Bernice Summerfield audio story The Dance of the Dead.

Though Irish, he has worked on British television steadily since the mid-1990s. From 1993 to 1995, for instance, he had a recurring gig on EastEnders. He then went through a series of guest roles on series like Down to Earth, Footballers' Wives and Born and Bred. In the 2000s, he also began to attract the interest of major filmmakers, appearing in films like Layer Cake and London River. In 2011 he had regular parts in two high-profile shows: Game of Thrones and The Fades.
