Martin Regan was a member of Disarmament Now. Allison Williams asked him about joining as part of a mission for Intrusion Countermeasures Group. He told her about the unreliability of David Ritchie. He talked to Francis White about the Seventh Doctor and what to do about him. He later hypnotised Allison so that she would kill the Doctor, Ian Gilmore and then herself. He went to public school with Francis White, Robert Devere and Gideon Vale. According to Gilmore he went missing nine months previously, and was a Communist. The Doctor showed him that this was false because the typeset was different to the report. (AUDIO: 1963: The Assassination Games)
