A Dalek ambushed the crew of Wayfarer on Hurala. It exterminated Stella. The Dalek was frozen by cryo-charge used by the Tenth Doctor. Its eyestalk was taken and Captain Jon Bowman tried to interrogate the Dalek but failed. The Doctor talked with it while he was alone. The Dalek's last words were that the Daleks would eliminate humanity from its very beginnings before it died, alerting the Doctor about the Arkheon Threshold. (PROSE: Prisoner of the Daleks)
Behind the scenes
This Dalek's torture was similiar to Metaltron in the episode Dalek. Both refused to talk when tortured.
