Harry was a Nu-Human. He was a friend of Trevor Reardon.
The alien DNA inside his body caused diseases and mental deteriation. He became murderous and attacked the Eleventh Doctor. Trevor Readon wanted to use Rory William's DNA to heal the diseases. (AUDIO: The Nu-Humans)
