Chelo Chascarillo

Dr Chelo Chascarillo was stationed on Mercury as part of the Sunwatcher project.
When a Mercurial was brought onto the base, it used Chelo to communicate with the other scientists. It showed her the history of the Mercurials and informed the Second Doctor of an apparent threat on the planet. (PROSE: Mercury)
