Joe was the boyfriend of Gemma. When Gemma was babysitting Katy and Ben, Joe called her and ask her to go out. At first Gemma said that this was impossible because she needed to look after Katy and Ben, but then Joe convinced her to come. She locked the door to Katy and Ben's room and went out to see Joe.
