Okay, maybe I need to watch the ep again, but is it actually said that she was working for Torchwood? The sense I got was that she set up her contingency e-mail to contact Torchwood, but that would be much like calling the police. Monkey with a Gun 17:31, 19 March 2009 (UTC)

Double-checked it... she never self-identifies as working for Torchwood, and her message to Jack is only "to Torchwood". Monkey with a Gun 17:46, 19 March 2009 (UTC)
