Beaus was a Galactic Council member. He wore a pressure suit and a helmet with an antenna on top. (DW: Mission to the Unknown) He had been persuaded to join the alliance by Zephon. After he was betrayed by the Daleks, the Doctor convinced him to go back to his own people and warn them about the Daleks' invasion plans. (DW: The Daleks' Master Plan)
