Kendrick (Rise of the Cybermen)

Dr Kendrick was a scientist in the employ of John Lumic that oversaw the creation of Lumic's new prototype — Cybermen. Kendrick realised this had contravened the Bio-Convention and said he would take it upon himself to inform Geneva of the Ultimate Upgrade, despite Lumic clearly wanting to keep this project secret. Kendrick still felt the need to blow the whistle after Lumic subtly threatened him. Left with no alternatives, he gave his prototype the order to kill Kendrick, to which it promptly carried out. Lumic watched in amusement as Kendrick slumped to the floor, dying via electric shock. (TV: Rise of the Cybermen)
