Ozaran was a Chelonian trooper.
A Fortean Flicker transported his troop to the planet Hogsumm. When General Fakrid was critically wounded, command was transferred to Jinkwa. Ozaran disagreed with how Jinkwa was leading the troop. He turned himself into a bomb and was going to commit suicide to take out Jinkwa. However, other troopers moved to defend Jinkwa, making his action futile. (PROSE: The Highest Science)
