Tristan was an acquaintance of the Eighth Doctor.
When The Darvias Saga arrived in the Brunswick Street Bookstore, Tristan beat the crowd to the store and obtained a copy. He tried to leave the bookstore by the second storey window but fell to the pavement. He survived the fall, but was kicked to death by the crowd. (PROSE: Best Seller)
