Jules Faure

Jules Faure was a scientist on the weather control Moonbase in 2070. When Sam Becket discovered that part of a antenna was missing, Jules and Franz Shultz went out to investigate. While on the lunar surface, he and Franz were attacked by two Cybermen and stripped of their spacesuits. He was then used to control the gravitron for the Cybermen. (TV: The Moonbase)
