Collis (Time Works) was the husband of Vannet. He was taken away by the clockwork men. He was a senior administration coordinator/trend analyst — statistical processing division. He was sent to assign C'rizz and Charlotte Pollard a job. He made sure they were given the right tests. He was trying to protect Varnet. (AUDIO: Time Works)
