Marshall Hissel was the Ice Warrior commander of the Deep Space Cruiser Bruk.

When Siobhan Sadler was completely taken over by the Diadem and tried to escape Peladon in a shuttle, he shot down it down with the Bruk. (PROSE: Legacy)
