Potter (Flip-Flop) was a human who was looking for the Seventh Doctor and Mel, on Puxatornee. He told them that they were under arrest. In one timeline he was a Sight Guide for the Slithergee. In another he was a security agent, and arresting them for thinking they were Slithergee agents. (AUDIO: Flip-Flop)
