La Charlotte

La Charlotte ran into the Fourth Doctor when she was trying to escape someone. She told the Doctor and Fenella Wibbsey about the disappearance of Henri de Toulouse-Lautrec, and the murders. She later helped the Doctor explore the cemetery whilst she was drunk. (AUDIO: The Demon of Paris)
