Kistane Toc Shafe Cane was the mother of Padra Toc Shafe Cane. She was one of the first of their family to reach Silo 16 on Malcassairo in 100 trillion. She was later reunited with him and her other son, Bilto Toc Shafe Cane. Together, they went to Utopia. (TV: Utopia) Upon reaching Utopia, however, they found it was a cold and inhospitable world. They regressed into the Toclafane. (TV: Last of the Time Lords)
