Rhiannon Davies
Sister of Ianto Jones. She and her husband Johnny live on the Cromwell council estate with their two children David and Mica. Both kids are amongst those briefly taken over by the 456, which scares the Davies family no end. She hasnt seen much of her brother up to the point the whole mess starts up but they apparently keep in touch. Unlike her brother Rhiannon is more open emotianly and is fairly easy going personality wise. It's unkown whether she is the elder sibling or Ianto is, but at one point she takes a mature attitude with him about leaving the family just after there father had died thinking he didnt care about them anymore. She also seams acsepting of his relationship with Jack and even comforts him when he tells her he isnt entirly shure what sort of relationship it is.
She isnt in the Torchwwod loop and thinks her brother works as a cival servant and attributes that to the rareity of his visits.
