A plasma lab was a component of Ninth Era sunships. During an argument with Harriet Wilcox on the Pollyanna, the Umbra possessed Georgia Butler. She disengaged the safety protocols and filled the lab with superheated plasma, vaporising them both. (COMIC: The Eye of Torment)
