Early release on iTunes

Just for clarity, the source for the early release on iTunes is my own personal viewing of the situation in the US iTunes Store, and on my various devices -- including the very weird behaviour on AppleTV. This situation was independently confirmed by SOTO, who had been alerted to check iTunes by yet a third user. I personally witnessed Apple's withdrawal of the episode from iTunes, and the timestamp on a message to SOTO set the estimated time of the beginning of the issue. We don't usually allow unsourced information, but in this case, it was directly witnessed by two admin.

Pure historical?

I'd have to do a rewatch to find out if it's confirmed whether or not the creature is terrestrial, but should this be deemed a pseudo-historical story or a pure historical?

Even if the creature is not an alien per se, it's still something that doesn't exist in the real world and that's usually enough to qualify as a pseudo-historical.MystExplorer 16:09, April 30, 2017 (UTC)
If that's not enough, also the excrement fuel that was used by Lord Sutcliffe was more powerful than what existed in reality. I say: pseudo-historical. Amorkuz 23:05, May 1, 2017 (UTC)
