I thought the 9th doctor called it slightly psychic paper. Why is it just called Psychic Paper? --Torchwood 2 12:28, 18 July 2009 (UTC)

If I recall correctly, he explained it to Rose by saying "the paper is slightly psychic." Since then, it's always been called psychic paper. Monkey with a Gun 23:16, 18 July 2009 (UTC)

Why is this article written in the past tense? It was just used by the Doctor in series 10, episode 3. nyuszika7h 10:42, May 1, 2017 (UTC)

All in-universe articles are written in past tense. Information is only allowed once it's broadcast and after it's been broadcast it is in the past, hence past tense. --DCLM 13:35, May 1, 2017 (UTC)
