The Landlord or Landlord (Knock Knock)

Currently, all the links to the page for David Suchet's character are The Landlord, but is this correct? In the lead-up to Knock Knock, I had assumed that "The Landlord" would end up being a Time Lord and that "The Landlord" was just his renegade title similar to The Doctor, The Master, or The Acupuncturist, but upon watching the episode none of this seems to be the case at all. Suchet plays an unnamed landlord: Landlord (Knock Knock).

He might have said something along the lines of "I am the landlord", but is that any more important than the many times he called himself "father"? CoT ? 03:18, May 7, 2017 (UTC)

This is a solid point. His role isn't as a mysterious figure choosing the name "The Landlord," but as a landlord who hasn't been named.

HOWEVER, the page should still be linked as The Landlord for two reasons. First off, it's the name given in the credits. Second, it's the option that is much shorter and easier on the eyes. The distinction that should be make is that Suchet's character should never be reffered to as "The Landlord" in any in-universe text, in the same sense that Emojibot should be linked as Emoji robots from the future, Anthony Eden should be linked as Eden, and Struwwelpeter should be linked as a book. Actually, if I heard correctly, in Eliza calls him "John" towards the end of the episode, so the name of the article (or at least a redirect) should be John (Knock Knock). OncomingStorm12th ☎ 03:50, May 7, 2017 (UTC)
