Notable information
- In The Mind of Evil the Third Doctor claimed to be a personal friend of cultural revolutionist, Mao Tse-Tung, (Chairman Mao of the People's Republic of China).
- Using only a surviving four and a half minute colour clip from The Mind of Evil, pioneering colourisation artists and video editor Stuart Humphries <sic> was able to fully restore colour to the previously only black and white held copy of the story.
- Tasha Lem was otherwise known as the Mother Superior of the Papal Mainframe.
- The Uxarieans of the planet Uxarieus evolved into three distinct species; the ruling Guardians, the Priests and the so-called Primitives.
- The Gravis was re-settled away from Frontios, by the Fifth Doctor on the desolate planet Kolkokron.
- The Shard (otherwise known as London Bridge Tower) was officially opened in February 2013 and featured in The Bells of Saint John (TV story) broadcast on 30th March of that same year.
