Huckle was an official of Hibernian Oil, whose oil rigs in the North Sea were being mysteriously destroyed. UNIT was assigned to investigate. The Fourth Doctor discovered the cause to be the Skarasen at the direction of the Zygons. (TV: Terror of the Zygons)
