Professor Gustous R Thripsted authored Flora and Fauna of the Universe, a guidebook mentioned by the Doctor, which discusses the true nature of the Usurians. (DW: The Sun Makers) He was also author of Genetic Politics Beyond the Third Zone, which among many things had an entry on the Faction Paradox. It was released in a hard copy edition.
