Bonapart Devizes

Bonapart Devizes was a dealer in Dalek artefacts. During the time of the Daleks and Abslom Daak, Devizes would trail Daak's trail and collect shattered and destroyed Dalek remains.
After the Last Great Time War, the Eleventh Doctor asked Daak to speak with Devizes on his behalf. Daak interrogated Devizes, who told him of a secret Dalek organisation known as the Volatix Cabal. (COMIC: Downtime)
