Joey Ramone was the leader of the popular punk band the Ramones, which often gave performances in the music club CBGB. But this club was situated in the East Village, far away from the Rockefeller Center.
On the gatefold sleeve of the Ramones' live album "It's Alive" there is a photograph of Joey onstage in a Dalek t-shirt.
