Clifford Leane

Clifford Leane RA was an art teacher at Sayle College. He, like the other teachers of the college, was being influenced by the inhabitants of a dark planet. When the Third Doctor arrived at the college to investigate, he encountered Leane in the art room, who explained to him what the aliens were and what they were up to. When they found they were unable to communicate with the Doctor, they had Leane attack him, but in the struggle a fire was started which burned down the college. (DWA: The Dark Planet)
