Summary
The Doctor and Martha go to the frozen planet of Agelaos. There, Martha and the Doctor find the inhabitants have been mysteriously mutated. They meet a man named Waechter who is connected to a life support system. Waechter explains to them that humans tried to come to the planet Agelaos. The Doctor realises that the mutants where once humans and that a nearby wormhole had somehow managed to rain down millions of alien genentic codes onto the planet, thereby mutating each human into a unique creature. Waechter must choose to connect himself to the life support or mutate. In the end, he chooses to allow himself to mutate.
