Chandra Scindia

Chandra Scindia was the patriarch of the Scindia family. He worshiped Kali.
In 1825, he was the Governor of Madhya Province and the Master of Thuggee. At the time he secretly worked to undermine the British influence.
In 2314, he was the head of Scindia-Corp. He paid Mumbai police to raid the apartment of Tiger Maratha. When they failed to find the required artefact or to apprehend the Twelfth Doctor, he transformed into Kaliratha-like form and, together with other Scindia family members, murdered them.
