Communications Tower

The Communications Tower was a major feature of Sector 7 of the Time Lords' Capitol, on Gallifrey. It was the site of both Space Traffic Control and Temporal Control, two of the highest security-rated rooms in the entire city. It also held the War Room in which Gallifrey High Command convened to coordinate military effort, and an extraction chamber. (PROSE: A Brief History of Time Lords)
