Whitey was a male member of a pale-skinned evolutionary variant of humans who drove on the Motorway in the year 5,000,000,053. The Doctor came past his car and borrowed a drink of water from a water-machine in his car. He is later amazed when the Face of Boe opens the gates to the Overcity. (DW: Gridlock)
