Barcelona was a planet mentioned by the Doctor. Supposedly its inhabitants included dogs with no noses. (DW: The Parting of the Ways, Children in Need Special) The Doctor indicated that this was a joke ("How do they smell?" "Terrible!") so its inhabitants may or may not be noseless canines.
