During the Sorvix occupation of Cardiff, the Prime Minister was Felicity. She spoke to Yvonne Hartman over the phone, and Felicity offered to call Kate Stewart to assist her in brokering a deal with Ro-Jedda. Felicity saw the economic growth in Cardiff under Ro-Jedda as something extraordinary and that she could use her skills to benefit the whole of the United Kingdom. (AUDIO: Herald of the Dawn)
