Garland College was one of the colleges at St Oscar's University. In 2593, the newly-regenerated Eighth Doctor dropped off Professor Bernice Summerfield and Wolsey at her new home, the Garland College Hall of Residence. (PROSE: The Dying Days) She could often be found at the college's pub, the Witch and the Whirlwind. (PROSE: Dragon's Wrath)
