Christian Ian Abbotly was a British citizen living in Romania in 2002. He showed Sarah Jane Smith the local museum. He was manipulating a physicist to create the right conditions to frighten someone to death. He used this to kill the delegates of the peace conference. (AUDIO: Ghost Town)
